Please read the following list of important moving day items and let us know if you have any additional questions we can answer.

• Our trucks are 26 feet long and 13 feet tall. Please make sure you have proper clearance and let us know before hand if there are special parking instructions our driver needs to know about.

• Although we are great at moving, we are not licensed plumbers or electricians. For this reason, we are not able to unplug appliances, unhook them from the water supply or remove mounted TV’s. Our guys are very handy and will help in whatever way they can, but please know we are not insured for these types of requests.

• We charge by the hour and work hard to get your move done in a timely manner with as much care as possible. Please keep in mind that stairs, animals, children, clutter, and weather all play a part in your move. The more prepared you can be, the easier your move will be for everyone.

• Pressed board furniture. Most pressed board furniture rarely goes back together the way it should. While we will do our best to ensure these items are reassembled properly, please note that we will not be responsible for pressed board furniture that cannot be properly reassembled.

• Payment in full is due at the end of your move and can be paid via major credit card, check, or cash. Tipping is completely optional and while appreciated, is completely up to you.
