Truck & Travel Charges

Truck and travel charges are an industry standard that help over the costs of maintenance, fuel, and wear & tear on our trucks.

• We charge a one (1) hour minimum for travel time

• Travel time over one hour will be charged in 15-minute increments

• Your move begins when the truck leaves our warehouse and ends when the job is complete to your satisfaction and includes travel time back to our warehouse

• There are no extra charges for fuel (regardless of current gas prices), mileage, or maintenance, these items are covered in our travel time charge

Labor/Moving Charges

• There is a two-hour labor minimum for all jobs

• Labor over two hours is charged in 15-minute increments

• We provide three movers for all full-service moves

       *Piece moves may only include two movers and will be charged at the regular hourly rate.

Insurance

• We are fully licensed, insured and registered with the State of Florida.

• Pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 507.04(4)- Our liability for the loss or damage to household goods is limited to the state minimum of 60 cents, per pound, per article as outlined in our Moving Contract. We do not offer additional Valuation Coverage at this time.

• We will provide a copy of our Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
